To meet Foundational Goal 1 Objective 4 (FGO.1.4), a survey was created in Winter 2016 to be distributed during the fifth and ninth week of the Spring 2016 term.

2016-17 Academic Year 

Survey includes same three questions from previous survey, however, for the 2016-17 Academic Year, the questions will not be electronic for face-to-face interactions. Also, to capture satisfaction of email and chat questions, Kirsten created a script to consistently offer the survey to patrons contacting the library electronically.
